1717 Miles to Go, Ooook-lahoma, where the wind comes sweepin’ down the plain

Today was another 70 mile slog across the plains of Oklahoma into the wind.  It’s a lesson in perseverance and keep going.  We’re starting to ride earlier and earlier in the morning  to take advantage of the cooler weather.  We started 7a, today, and tomorrow will be 630.a.  We have an 80 mile day for tomorrow, and the winds are predicted to be tail winds!  Yeah.  Thank you God!
